The challenge
Getpoints needed a loyalty system that works for three audiences at once: customers earning rewards, businesses running programs, and platform operators governing the whole stack.
What we built
A multi-tier hybrid product: user mobile app, business dashboard, and super admin on shared APIs, with Cordova and PHP/MySQL powering the loyalty loops.

Outcome
